How To Order Details
Julian Bakery is proud to offer the convenience of online ordering! Simply visit the Online Store, add the desired quantity of items you wish to order to the shopping cart, and enter the necessary information required during the checkout process. The bread is always baked and shipped out fresh. All Orders Ship In 7 to 14 Business Days As We Bake And Ship Fresh, Not Frozen! You will be e-mailed tracking information once your order ships.
Upon arrival of your order, make sure you refrigerate or freeze your bread immediately as we do not use any preservatives. If there is an issue with the order upon arrival, you MUST call that day and speak with customer service regarding the issue! We cannot offer vouchers or replacements if not informed immediately.
Our bread lasts up to 2 Weeks in the fridge and up to 3 Months in the freezer.
All orders ship on Monday through Wednesday ONLY to ensure your order does not ship over the weekend to prevent spoilage.
All Orders Ship in 7 to 14 Business Days as we Bake and Ship Fresh, Never Frozen!
Shipping and Handling
All breads are baked fresh and shipped fresh the same day!
A minimum order of 4 loaves is recommended for more cost effective shipping (although not required).
Take advantage of our Flat Rate Shipping Special – simply order 6 or more loaves and receive FedEx/UPS Ground for $5.95 (only available in AZ, CA,CO, NV, OR, UT & WA) or UPS 2 Day for $15 to the remaining states. (Not valid with other promotions or promo codes. No promotion code is necessary for this – just order 6 or more loaves to qualify).
We do not ship to PO Boxes. (Please provide physical address)
We do not accept returns on perishable items such as breads or opened vitamins. If you have an unopened non-perishable item, you can return it to us at your own cost. Upon sending your item back to us, please e-mail the tracking number to us at email@example.com. Please include a copy of your original receipt and your phone number.
Additional Shipping Fees are added for orders going to AK or HI.
