Sweet Fried Coconut Wraps Recipe
You did what to a Paleo Coconut Wrap?? Yup, we fried it. This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a ”Sweet Fried Paleo Wrap!” Someone gave me the idea of frying up these delicious and ultra-nutritious Paleo Coconut Wraps, and I’ve been obsessing ever since. Now that I got my order delivered with a quickness, I couldn’t wait and jumped right in for breakfast. To start this off, I grabbed my trusty Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil – Original Flavor, and poured some in a frying pan. With low/medium heat, we got the oil warmed up, and in went our Paleo Wrap. I also was psyched over the nice packaging and labeling of the Paleo Wrap. A very nice red label and sweet design, with tons of great facts; Only 4 net carbs, 70 calories, non-gmo, organic ingredients consisting of coconut meat and coconut water, and of course no gluten, no grains, no soy, no dairy, and no junk! When I opened up the package, I was pleased to see the “accordion” style method Julian Bakery used to individually wrap each Paleo Coconut Wrap.
So this wrap is going to be a sweet one, every once in a while I will stray from my usual protein and veggies… But don’t worry, this won’t disappoint. After frying up the Paleo Wrap for about 90 seconds per side, I added some delicious Nutiva Coconut Manna and Paleo MeeNut Butter to the wrap…. Talk about “OMG!” Coconut Manna could quite possibly be my favorite product in the whole wide world. It is one of those melt in your mouth foods, nice and creamy and filled with a great coconut flavor. And at the same time, it’s nutritious! Sometimes I eat it by the spoon, when I’m in need of extra calories, or just want a great snack. Combine that bite with Paleo Chocolate, and WOWZERS!!! The Paleo MeeNut Butter is one that I frequent around here, as you probably have seen it mixed into other wraps, sandwiches with Paleo Bread, and even some great meal recipes like an Asian dish. It has four healthy nuts blended together, no added sugar or peanuts, and tastes oh so delish!
• 1 Paleo Wrap
• 2 tbsp Paleo MeeNut Butter
• 2 tbsp Nutiva Coconut Manna
1) Add Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil to frying pan, on low/medium heat
2) When warm, add Paleo Wrap and allow frying for about 90 seconds per side
3) For added crispiness, let fry longer
4) When done, remove from frying pan carefully, and allow oil to drip back into pan off of Paleo Wrap
6) Wrap, and enjoy!

Oh yeah…. This was a great treat, only took minutes to make, and probably took under a minute for me to chow down. The fried Paleo Wrap was so good, and made with all healthy, organic ingredients. It had a great crunch that blended well with the creamy nut butter and that melted coconut. This treat had roughly 500 calories, 9 net carbs, 9 grams of protein, and just 7 grams of sugar. Not bad for something that is this delicious, right??
