Turkey Asparagus Stir-Fry Paleo Wrap
Coming your way in this Paleo blog is one awesome meal that will keep everyone smiling. This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a ”Turkey Asparagus Stir-Fry Paleo Wrap.” From one of the best Paleo cookbooks in town, we found this recipe in The 30 Day Guide To Paleo Cooking, and couldn’t wait modify it slightly and then pair it with a Paleo Wrap. Why? Well for several reasons….
Paleo Wraps work very well with meals from all over the world. Personally, anytime I hear “stir-fry”, “Thai” or “Asian”, I get that butterfly feeling in my stomach. And I’m not talking about G.I. issues folks…. I’m talking about taste here. The all natural coconut taste from the Paleo Wrap is literally the bomb-diggity, that’s a technical term for incredibly awesome in case you didn’t know…. And with only 70 calories and just 4 net carbs, I’m a fan, aren’t you?? But wait, there’s more! Protein and fiber to keep you full while those cals and carbs are low to help you lose weight and keep you satiated… And Paleo Wraps are non-GMO, cause Julian Bakery doesn’t want to have anything to do with genetically modified anything!

6) When the cabbage noodles are soft, remove them from the heat, plate on Paleo Wrap, and top with the meat and vegetables.
Pretty simple to make and very straightforward, even a caveman can do it! And to make it that much better we’ve incorporated a few Paleo upgrades that we frequent from Julian Bakery. Paleo Butter is one upgrade that I highly suggest to all… It’s a grass-fed French style ghee, virtually lactose free, and packed with vitamins A, D, and K2. It has a creamy finish and adds a lovely taste to just about anything you add it to. Next up, we are using one of the most frequently used products in our kitchen; Sunfood Super Foods Fine Himalayan Crystal Salt! It has 84 trace minerals that the body can easily assimilate and metabolize. Plus, it’s raw, pure, and has a delicious taste like a real salt should have. Coconut Aminos is yet another great product that I absolutely adore. Why? Because soy bothers me so much, causing me to have aches and pains like nothing else does…. And suddenly Coconut Aminos comes into my life, allowing me to enjoy that salty soy taste, without the aches and pains, and with vitamins, minerals and amino acids too!!!
When I got to finally bite into my “Turkey Asparagus Stir-Fry Paleo Wrap”, I was in love…. A great blend of flavors, taste, textures, and juiciness. So many nutrients, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and healthy fats. Everything that the body needs and wants, yet keeping the body happy and satiated at the same time. And it was all possible to local, organic products, as well as some of the best Paleo items from www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo!!
