I love this product. It keeps me feeling full longer. Mixes easy and tastes great. Have lost 30 lbs. on this just by replacing it 2x a day (2 meals) and snacking through out the day using apples, oranges, celery and cucumber water. In the early evening I have a descent meal. Or depending on my day, I may eat a big breakfast or a lunch then the other 2 meals i drink the shakes. You can mix it around. I do not get hungry. Just ordered the bread and excited to try it. Ty.
