A PURE TASTE OF JULIAN BAKERY’S NEWEST BREAD – PURITY

Well, I was finally able to get my hands on a loaf of Purity Bread, straight from Barbara at the Julian Bakery.

I am still in shock.  I cannot get out of my kitchen…my toaster is still going as we speak.  I just had to run in here to my computer to jot down a few words about it while I am toasting another slice.  By the way…half the loaf is gone all ready…I just got it an hour ago.

Oh my gosh…you just will not believe this new bread.  Excuse me…I’ll be right back…

Sorry, I wanted to get the butter on that last slice in the toaster while it was still steaming hot.

You have no idea what my taste buds are saying right now.  Where did these incredible flavors come from?  How can we be tasting sourdough, onion and buckwheat, each, separately, yet all at the same time?  How can the inside be so moist and mouth wateringly delicious, while the outside is crispy and crunchy?  How does a bread that is gluten free, sweet free, yeast free and wheat free have such tremendous flavor and texture?

I don’t know and I don’t care.  All I know is, this bread is like NO OTHER.  You have to try it to believe it.  And to top it all…it’s low carb.  It nets at only 2 carbs per slice.

OK…some of you are asking, “What the heck is she talking about now?”

In case you missed the Purity Introduction, Julian Bakery just introduced its newest bread, PURITY BREAD.  It’s not even under full production yet….but I just had to share my first experience of it with you, right in the moment.

Honestly, I still can’t get over it.  I am just amazed at how Barbara comes up with these breads.  She is a master at bread creation.  She has this innate ability to know what her customers need and voila…after a few weeks of trial and error, a masterpiece is born.

To get back on track, this new Purity Bread is a moist, gluten free, low carb, sweet free, yeast free and wheat free bread that is perfect for Diabetics, Celiacs, those with Candida and Hypoglycemia, or anyone who just wants a healthier gluten free bread, with no refined ingredients.

Purity Bread is made with raw buckwheat, millet, short grain brown rice, teff (from the Central Delta of Ethiopia) and freshly ground flaxseed (for maximum nutrition), providing high fiber protein and good quality carbohydrates.  It also has 13 sprouted, ground beans, which increases the fiber and protein for digestion, while the fiber lowers the carbs.  Onion, guar gum and sea salt round out the ingredients’ list.

Buckwheat is ideal for people who struggle with wheat allergies and gluten intolerance.  It has plenty of protein and B vitamins and is rich in phosphorus, potassium, iron, and calcium.

Purity Bread is cultured for 8 hours, giving it a slight hint of sourdough flavor, while making it easier to digest.  It is a low stress food, giving you more energy than it takes to digest it.  Thank goodness, given all I just ate.

You have to try this bread…I mean…really….you have to try it!!!
