Not only am I keto, but I also manage Crohn's with a side of SIBO and Leaky Gut. It can be extremely difficult to find products with simple ingredients and unfortunately I cannot make everything from scratch, although I make about 90% of my meals from scratch. I've been searching for a simple grain free, high fiber bread without a lot of ingredients like flax (way too many phytoestrogens for me) and a plethora of other ingredients I'm sensitive to, and this one and the coconut bread are perfect!! Great flavor- the coconut is a little sweeter tasting, the almond a little richer due to the higher fat content - but they're both just perfect to fill that bread-love craving!!
