The coconut bread is crumbly and fibrous. Good nutritional profile, nonetheless. I have one bread a day to satisfy my bread craving.

I've been searching for a simple grain free, high fiber bread without a lot of ingredients like flax (way too many phytoestrogens for me) and a plethora of other ingredients I'm sensitive to, and this one and the almond bread are perfect!! Great flavor- the coconut is a little sweeter tasting, the almond a little richer due to the higher fat content - but they're both just perfect to fill that bread-love craving!!
