No after taste. Tiny bit goes a lonnnng way. Bit difficult in warm liquids to mix thoroughly. Better mixed with tiny bit of cool water before adding.

I have been buying this for years. I take a small amount and turn into a liquid and keep in the fridge for sweetening cold drinks. Hot coffee etc it dissolves easily as a powder. The only monk fruit I have found to be pure and no other additives such as erythritol which can cause gas and bloating. A superior product.
