I absolutely LOVE the smart carb #1 bread. I eat 1 slice every morning topped with 2 eggs. I am pleasantly full for hours. I’ve been doing Atkins for months now so I can have butter. For an evening treat I will toast it and top with butter & cinnamon. Yum.
The closest store to me is over 60 miles away so I have had 6 loaves at a time shipped to me twice so far and I can testify that it holds up perfectly in the freezer then in the refrigerator. And I have it shipped from CA to MD!

This sourdough bread, as well as your simple kamut bread, is perfect for me – low calorie and low carb. Only one problem with the sourdough bread; my digestive system refuses to process sesame seeds sprinkled over the surface of the bread, or most any other small whole seeds. Do you make this bread without these whole sesame seeds? It just seems wasteful to have to cut off the crust and throw it away. Your new zero-carb line hopefully will also provide some low calorie alternatives without those scratchy seeds.

I buy this bread and make Delicious grilled cheese sandwiches. I love the sourdough too. It also makes good french toast. The french toast is good with the cinnamon rasin bread. This bread is really something, nothing like it anywhere. Keep on baking.

Low Carb-er

I ordered this bread along with a gluten-free a couple of weeks ago. The delivery was super fast; I got it in like three days. This bread is really fantastic. It doesn’t taste like your typical white bread sourdough, so it’s not as tangy. But it is hearty, heavy, very delicious bread with amazing texture.

It really does keep me from getting hungry again for a while.

I haven’t eaten bread in a long time, and this one really allows me to treat myself.

I am still divided on the taste of the gluten free bread I got, but the sourdough is amazing. I wish I could find a gluten free that really tasted like bread-bread.

I recommend this bakery. I will order again, and this time will order 6 for the shipping deal.

I don’t find any stores who carry your products in PA. Any plans on expanding to PA soon? We live in Central PA. I am thrilled to have found you through fb…one of my biggest grips w/having to eat gf is the high carbs/fat in the bread not to mention how so many breads just aren’t good, so I’m anxious to order some of yours to try.
