    i am still curious as to how this process can make the gluten from the spelt less problematic. I would do anything to enjoy a nutritious bread without the fear of having the a reaction to the gluten.

      The sprouts are soaked and run through a meat grinder which binds them together.

    I love bread.! But since i am not eating gluten bread anymore, i was looking into something really healthy but still taste like a bread…..here it is , i dont even toasted, it is gread..i would buy it againe and againe, thank you! wish your bakery would be in SF:-)
