Purity bread does not contain corn. Guar Gum is a white flour-like substance made from an East Indian seed. We use small amounts as a thickener, binder, and volume enhancer.

The Purity bread was worth waiting for! I read Wheat Belly and have decided that wheat free and gluten free is how I choose to go for my ultimate health!
